HELP . . . for sore muscles

Any one have any advice on how to relieve sore overworked muscles from exercising ? All over lower body , but the most painful are my Quads. Soaking in Epsom salt, taking Advil and keep putting rub A5-35 on and I still can’t move. Any advice would be greatly appreciated 🙂

    I would suggest to rub the areas in pain – back in forth – to get the blood flow to the specific area. Hope that works for you:)

    Massage feels great on sore muscles 🙂 I also like to do some very gentle exercise ie. a slow stroll or simple stretches, just to keep the body moving and increase blood flow to the sore areas (as long as it doesn’t cause more pain). Your body does get more used to the same exercise after a while which is great. But next time, maybe take it a little easier and build up slowly. Hope you’re feeling better 🙂

      Thank you, it did feel better to keep moving. It was most sore getting around after sitting for a bit and I tried massage and heat and I am feeling much better this morning. Thanks so much for taking the time to help me out, greatly appreciated 🙂

    I would suggest going for a walk or doing some gentle stretching. Know that the next time they won’t be so sore! Just keep moving!

    Might be helpful if that is what you were dealing with, if so, you will be dealing with that again 🙂
