CALGON TAKE ME AWAY . . . along with this extra weight please!

Weighing in every day has become exhausting and not to mention FRUSTRATING!!! It was good when I was losing daily, but now its up 1, down 2, up 3 and it is making me crazy . . . so I have decided to only weigh in once a week which is probably what I should have been doing in the first place 😉

    personally, I would only weigh myself once a month and rely on weekly full body photos and total inches. Total inches = around your waist at belly button + around your neck + around both biceps + around both thighs. The photos are a really good way to see subtle changes in your body week to week. Total inches is a hard measure on those changes.
