For those of you who pay attention to the health media, and fitness personalities alike, you may have noticed that the latest rage is the rebirth of oatmeal. What has been a staple food for the majority of households for decades seems to be making a prominent comeback as one of the world’s leading super foods.

I could honestly say that I would be able to profess my love for almost every single type of food out there (what can I say, the woman who decided to replace her lack of intercourse with sweet treats was on to something), but I do firmly believe that oatmeal deserves a blog solely dedicated to it.
