Day 4 of 48 . . . Give me strength!

This morning, I tried to stay in routine, but something always steers me away. Very tired and just don’t have much energy. Not sure if it is my eating or just plain old tired.

My husband read that dandelion tea helps get rid of cravings, might go and pick some up . . . can use any help I can get đŸ˜‰

1 beef burger

mushrooms/onions

1/4 protein bar

nectarine

2 oatmeal cookies

chicken burger

1/2 tsp mayo

bun

tomotoes/lettuce

cauliflower

1 tsp marg
