Day 2 of 48 . . . Making better choices

Yesterday I was good until after dinner and then I wasn’t hungry, but in the habit of eating at this time, so I needed something to munch on. I had an orange that I really didn’t want, a banana (enjoyed) and 1/2 piece of sausage that didn’t fill any craving, just had because I was telling my son it was in the fridge and kept thinking about it!

1/4 cantaloupe

1/4 protein bar (costco)

1c cole slaw and raw vegetables with a bbq’d sausage

vegetable drink

1/2 c butter chicken sauce on 1/2c wild rice

1/2c peas

having a hard time not eating after dinner, trying to make better choices though!

2 oranges

2 shredded wheat w 1/4c skim milk

16 costco flax crackers w 1tsp peanut butter
